No delivery, order mess and no communication

Order and paid for Flowers to be delivered on the 14th of Feb.

I was told that the delivery would take place on the 14th. However this morning the courier phoned my wife (thanks for spoiling the surprise) to ask for the address as Netflorist only supplied them with a street name and no other details, not even the area. All these details were submitted in the order process.

Later today I get an email from apparently the "managing director" saying that my full order will not be delivered because of a system error. I replied but have not received any response. Their call centers are offline, probably not wanting to deal with all the angry customers.

Pathetic service, almost cowardly considering they refuse to communicate.

Furthermore a "order overload" excuse would be pitiful as you should have anticipated this on Valentines day.
