Bad service

Ordered a Valentines day gift for my boyfriend, to be delivered at his office. They never delivered it and after various emails I still haven't received any feedback from them. They also promised that if something happens that they could not deliver, they will contact you... I am still waiting on that call. Very bad service, very disappointed, would never ever recommend them to anyone. Status on my account says my order has been released... don't know where they released it to, but i sure hope they enjoy the nuts.
