Placed an order with Netflorist on Monday 11 Feb 2013 to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on 14 Feb 2013 (valentines day) between 8am-5pm. Guess what, no delivery on the day, tried to call lines were to busy, emailed them no reply. Surely they should have prepared somehow for Valentines day, doesn't seem like it cause there was no service.

Friend of mine also placed an order on Monday and they his order as well where they only delivered the flowers and forgot the chocolates.

I'll be requesting a FULL refund and won't be using Netflorist again. Thanks for spoiling what was going to be a good Valentines Day.
