No delivery on Valentines day

So it's Valentines day and the 24 red roses I ordered with balloon have not been delivered.

It's now 16:45, my girlfriend left the office at 16:30 like most normal people do and no flowers were delivered.

What really irritates me is that I ordered the flowers on 8 January (Order number: 100696298) to make sure that I would get the flowers and have everything covered.

Now on the one occasion when delivery is absolutely critical they have let me down and not delivered. And if delivery is still taking place than that is not acceptable either as people have working hours and she's not going to sit and wait at the office until it's convenient for Netflorist to finally deliver.

Now I look like a complete for not getting anything when in fact I ordered more than a month ago. Not acceptable and I want to know what will be done as a simple apology and refund is not going to cut the absolute nightmare this now is.

Thanks for making me look like a completely selfish on the most important day of the year (romantically speaking)
