Shocking service again

Flowers for valentines day were ordered 2 days early from netflorist for a reason, so they would be delivered on time! the order was placed for delivery on the 13th Feb, on the invoice the delivery was allocated only for the 19th Feb! 7 days after the order date! im not to sure if Netflorist knows but valentines is on the 14th not the 19th February? this is not the first time they have cocked up an order but its sure the last time i order from them.
