Never buying from NetFlorist again

I am very disappointed that I have to go to this length but people need to know that NetFlorist is not all that trustworthy. I have always bought from NetFlorist... up until now. A couple of days before Valentines day I bought online a "Romantic Rose Combo" which from the online image and description came with 12 roses, a teddy bear and chocolate, I added on a love balloon, this all came to R589.90. On valentines day my wife got a bunch of roses and the balloon and nothing else. She of course was so happy but I was a bit disappointed as the other items didn't feature at all as I wanted my wife to have the full package that I purchased. One would assume that my wife would of gotten everything but that was not the case. I tried calling to which I never get to speak to anyone helpful and I emailed to no avail. All I want to know is, what happened to my initial order? I paid quite an amount and only got roses and a balloon, which I think is quite ridiculous and I should be entitled to a refund considering.
I am very disappointed as NetFlorist is usually so trustworthy till now and worst thing is, when you actually need the customer service you don't get any. Very disappointed...
