Very Poor Service

My order was placed 2 weeks prior to valentines day. They were delivered after working hours when my wife had already left. An unknown person had signed for it and my wife only received it on the 15th in a poor state. This is not what i paid for! If i wanted to i could have ordered for delivery on the 15th at a much lower price. I find this incompetent and unacceptable that netflorist would not only deliver late but also let anyone sign for and accept a delivery that was meant specifically for my wife!! I'm absolutely disgusted with their service. Thanks netflorist for ruining our 1st valentines together as a married couple :(
