Netflorist short staffed cannot deliver flowers

I purchased flowers for my wife and paid online for valentines day and Diego in the netflorist call centre says that they do not have enough staff to deliver the flowers to my wife on valentines day. I then asked that his manager Tene contact me. Diego in Net florist call centre tell me his manager tene does not call out and the manager only starts work after ten. This is poor service how can a huge company like netflorist cannot deliver flowers on valentines day. Anton
