Two weeks later... no resolution.

After four email to them - only two were answered to date.

Vouchers expire and are auto deleted from your account, you have to log a query just to know what you had to start with, when it expired and how much it was worth

Shocking state of affairs really, I think they would do well to pay attention to the consumer protection act.
