Not received delivery of product

I am very disappointed in Ubuntu deals, I have not received my product ordered, it's now 9 weeks from the date the deal closed and until now the only help regarding this matter was receiving a tracking number from Ubuntu.
It should have taken 4 weeks from when the deal closed (on 2 November)

I phoned Ubuntu on Thursday for the 3rd time in 2 weeks to follow up on this product and got a hotline number for tracking this product.

Cape Mail in Epping industrial said the product has been detained because they need proof of payment to release it. (the tracking number that they gave me is KI 266974855 ZA, shelf 8064)

I sent emails to Ubuntu to follow up and let me know and no one came back to me regarding this.
And no one came back to me.
Eventually I drove 60km and paid another R38 to get the product from Cape Mail.

So what happens now?
Will I get reimbursed for my petrol & R38 and also my time.
Do Ubuntu Deals expect the customer to do their jobs for them and pay extra to get their products.
This product was meant as a gift and Ubuntu let me down.

Ubuntu must start picking up the slack and sort out this matter because I am sure it is not the first time.
