Poor service regarding refund

I am tired of sending emails to Ubuntu Deal regarding a refund that is due to me. I sent email upon email regarding my unhappiness. The service provider could not accommodate me due to the number of vouchers that were sold. Therefore I requested my money back. I eventually received a response asking for my banking details, since then... nothing. Surely if there is some problem, they should be keeping their customers informed.
If I have not received a response and date that my refund will be in my account... I will be contacting the consumer board, I am sure they would love to hear about this.
