I have been a seller on BoB for over 2 years and do my absolute best to be a good seller and uphold the image of bidorbuy.
I have recently sold a product on BoB and the client returned for a refund damaged and part of the order missing. BoB restricted my account to continue selling! I have now lost R17500.00 in total as the buyer made a false police declaration - NO ID or residential on his statement. It seems anyone can just make a false declaration / statement!
I refunded the guy R17500.00 as agreed telephonically on 27/02/2013 and emailed BoB all the information. Its now 1 March and no feedback on the status of my account. I have called BoB this morning and Natashja is off sick. I make minimal profit on this site and pay up to R10 000 a month in fees yet I am not taken seriously. BoB exists because of independent sellers, no other way. I was lured to BoB with the extra income opportunity and have to come to depend on it for school fees etc. however my intregity is not trusted.
Seriously THINK before you want to sell on BoB, it can be a stressful thing to do. Better to have a boss!
