UBUNTU DEAL, SECOND BAD DEAL!

On 21 March 2013, I placed and paid for an order (#165959) for 2 x Tabletop Magnetic spice rack from R151.54 including delivery for delivery via door to door couriers service - total cost of order: R363.08. I have still not received my order. It is almost 4 weeks later!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service delivery as well as the customer service of Ubuntu Deal. Not only have I not received my purchase which was to be delivered via courier, but since bringing this matter to their attention, I have had no response or solution to my complaint. My complaint just gets forwarded to parties unknown who cannot be bothered to attend to my complaint.

This is the second bout of unacceptable service delivery received from Ubuntu Deal, and this time around I will make use of all available channels to lodge a detailed complaint, including, but not limited to submitting a detailed report to the National Consumer Commission.
