Continued failure to refund/unable to use credits

Following on 2 previous complaints on Hello Peter, I am still awaiting refunds into my credit card. I received e-mail confirmation from Shouneez Williams on 26th April that my refunds had been processed and would reflect in my account in 3-5 working days. This is a blatant lie. R299 has been deposited in my credit card (proving Groupon has my banking details), however, they still owe me refunds for Nine 10x10cmx2, Silver sterling heart pendant, RapidStudio, Destiny Fulfilled Therapy Spa x2, BeautyWe Go.

In addition, Groupon refused to give me refunds for some of the vouchers. Instead credits were added to my groupon account for Pizzazz Holistic & Beauty Clinic, Jenez, Inner Radiance. This amounts to close to R900 in credits. The bottom line is it is not actually possible to utilise these credits - each time I attempt to purchase a deal using credits, the deal is refused on the basis of "wrong security number format".

Since legitimate businesses are not being paid or are waiting for prolonged periods to be paid, I believe the end is nigh. Groupon Vouchers will not even be worth the paper they are printed on.
