My husband ordered from Net Florist on the 18th of January 2013 for Valentines day. Today is the 15th of February - the day after Valentines day and I have still not received my order. Surely the orders that were placed first should go out first?! He tried to get through to them all day yesterday to speak to a consultant and after being on hold whilst the call centre was busy, the call was then dropped. I also tried and the same thing had happened tome. When he called to complain this morning they said that it will be delivered today - what good is that when he had planned the surprise for yesterday. This is service NetFlorist!! Why then advertise on the radio if you cant deliver!?!? You have definitely lost business from numerous people as so many ladies did not receive their orders on the day they should have.
