My wife previously told me what she would Love for Valentines and she would want it to be delivered at her workplace so that everyone would see it and she can enjoy the day. I was surprised to find that Netflorist had it in stock and i quickly purchased it on 5th February 2013. Today, i continuously tried to call Netflorist and their line was permanently dead. i sent e-mails and made calls constantly and did not get any response. It is now 16:30pm on Valentines day and my wife has still not received her gift. How can you Valentines Day aware from us like that. You ruined everything for her and myself - My special surprise was no more and i ended up stresses over the gift and did not enjoy my own function at work.
YOU HAVE SOMEHOW OVERSOLD YOUR PRODUCT AND ROYALLY MESSED UP VALENTINES. YOUR SERVICE IS DISPICABLE SINCE YOU DIDN"T EVEN LET US KNOW ABOUT ANY DELAY. HOW CAN YOU HAVE NO TELEPHONE SERVICE ON A DAY LIKE THIS!!! NO COURTEOUSY AND PROFESSIONALISM - I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!!!
