To the owners of NETFLORIST, please close down. I did not give my wife flowers and stuff for a while now. I always took her out (control in my hand). I am currently in Russia till 1st week in March. So to make up I thought why not surprise her. So I placed an order for chocolates, flowers and a teddy bear. Got receipt etc...
Imagine my dissappointment at about 16:00 (she finishes at 16:30) when still no delivery. My colleagues in Durban tried calling first automated voice recording and next engaged all the time... goes to show how many disappointed people. To the owners: Answer me this 3 questions only : 1. Did you open your business yesterday? 2. Did you deliver for valentines day before? 3. If you were getting married this saturday, would it be ok if delivered your cake on sunday or sent the limo on sunday to pick up your bride? How would you feel? Could you not outsource your extra burden? What kind of company do you run? Don't call me... cos I would get locked up for what I would say to you.
