I placed my order on the 11th February 2013 and expected the flowers to be delivered on Valentines day but it wasn't!! My girlfriend went without something that I was so looking forward to her receiving. Actually very embarrassing for me!

After calling the call centre they said that they will send it the next morning but nothing again. Im still waiting for them to be delivered and for a refund.

Valentine's day is a busy day but its not a surprise for a florist, it is an expectation and any good business should prepare for.
