Valentines day is on the 14th Feb, not the 15th

Netflorist is suppost to be a professional institution. I ordered my boyfriends Valentines day gift on the 1st of Feb, so as to avoid delays, disappointment, problems. BUT netflorist still. Its half the day gone, this should have been delviered yesterday, but still has not reached my boyfriend. i called numerous times on the 13th and on the 14th - but I had just been informed that IT WILL BE DELIVERED. i could have popped into any shop and bought the chocolates for a thrid of the price. I paid over R300 for a box of chocolates. I didnt pay for the chocolates. i paid for a service... the Valentines delivery never reached my boyfriend and now, today, after I cancelled the order, i still have to wait 4-5 working days to get back my refund... Netflorist is totally USELESS, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL... I WILL NEVER USE THE< EVER AGAIN and I will make sure that via word of mouth and social media... all of my friends and colleagues and contacts NEVER USE NETFLORIST either!
