Shocking Service Protea Hotel Tyger Vallley

Dear Sirs

This weekend my family had to prolong our stay in Cape Town and unfortunately deceided to book into your Protea Hotel Tyger Valley room 135. After booking in at 12:30 the day before, the room was not cleaned.

Went to the reception the same night at 9 o'clock - nobody at front desk! Staff were having coffee and chatting in back office... NICE!!!

We returned at 13:00 on Saturday found the room have not been cleaned. This is shocking
ing and poor service from this establishment. If I benchmark this hotel against the quality of service we received at City Lodge, there is no comparison... guess we will not be staying here again.

Next time I will spend R2, 100 eslewhere for a weekend getaway for my family. City Lodge only charges R29, 00 per night more and the service is stunning.
