BONITAS ARE INCOMPETENT AS ALL

I received an sms notification to say that they will debit my account on the 15th of March 2013 because they had not debited my account at the beginning of march due to technicalities. The problem with Bonitas is that their admin system is so bad, it is as incompetent as they come. They are late on everything and their offering is terrible. The problem that I currently have is that THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TWICE, THE AMOUNT OF R2300 did go off on the 1st of March and then did go off on the 15th of MARCH, If I did not check it I could of ended up paying double and when I tried to get hold of them - they unavailable.

This is absolutely ridiculous that they do these sorts of things because I have to battle now to get that amount reversed and I don't know how long that will take but I want it done within the next 48 hours, I mean I have a set budget to work to every month and this is what they do. It is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. IT MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION WITH BONITAS! PLEASE GUYS CLEAN UP YOUR &^%$*? @ ACT.

WHO ELSE COULD I speak to in order to possibly speed this reverse fund up. PLEASE!!!
