Protea Hotels
False Advertising

I am a Prokard member, protea hotels and its "sister Hotel"' the African Pride Melrose seems to be advertising the Protea Membership Falsely. Protea Offer Vouchers that you can stay one night and get one night free. When I tried to book a room, the Price was R1862/room but when I wanted to redeem the Stay Free Voucher the Price for the first night went up to R2700/night. This is by far Preposterous, as I believe this is false adverting as the second night is not free but just DISCOUNTED. It is most definitely cheating the customer of what was promised. I am shocked that a Big Company can be so dishonest. I would appreciate feedback ASAP.
