Appalled by the Protea hotel

We went to stay at the president protea hotel in Alexander road, Bantry Bay over the weekend and we were not only appalled by the bad attitude that the security guard had at the boom on our way out after checking out this morning, but also by the fact that we had to pay R60 for parking even though we were paying guests. Why should we pay such exorbitant fees for staying at the hotel and then still have to fork out more money for hotel parking? We will not be coming back or supporting any of your other branches of hotels.
