Voucher!!! Bad service

We won a Protea Hotel voucher that says we have a stay at a Protea Hotel for 1 night, we tried to book in at 3 different Protea Hotels, each of them had an excuse and refused to help us with a booking on the voucher, bad bad service!!! We tried to phone and complain but its impossible to speak to anybody about it, pathetic customer service
