General bad attitude and no phone etiquette

A few minutes ago i called into the call centre on 0860 99 88 77 to make an enquiry on whether a payment arrangement i made yesterday has been recorded as i'm still getting sms's about it. I got through to Mpho and i explained the situation to him He explained that the sms's are systems generated and cannot be stopped. I then asked him to pls just check that the arrangement has been noted and if i shuld then just ignore the sms's. He said no notes can be made and to ignore the sms's. At this point i pointed out to him that i'm getting contradictory statements from him and the person i spoke to yesterday as that person said a note will be made. He proceeded to say it's probably because i intimidated him as i'm doing to him and he simply put the phone down in my ear! If he cannot even explain such a simple question he should not be in customer service. I'm sorry to say but the service levels at Discovery is steadily and surely regressing day by day. This is not what i expect and not what i deserve either. If a person cannot be courteous take them away from costumer service. You can email me your response.
