Harassment after payment arrangement was made!!!

I had made a PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT with Edgars (Edcon) regarding my account. I made the arrangement by email and also received feedback from edcon via email confirming that the payment arrangement of R600 per month was IN ORDER.

This month I have received about 4 phone calls on my cell phone AND MY WORK from Edcon demanding a payment. I told them that I had made the arrangement to pay R600 but the call centre person insisted that it was not enough. The woman who phoned me today actually shouted at me demanding a payment higher than R600!!!

Edcon is harrasing me even after an arrangement was made!! There is obviously NO communication OR professionalism within Edcon!

I would like urgent feedback from Edcon about my account payment arrangement. The correspondance must be VIA EMAIL as I REFUSE to telephonically communicate with these UNPROFESSIONAL!

If the harassment continues then I WILL take this matter further.
