Its been over a month and claims from providers and myself have not been settled. I am receiving threatening letters from providers and would like to know when bankmed will be refunding the providers and myself.

Please refer to all the emails sent to your claims department for context. If you are not able to settle the claims please let me know so I can cancel my membership.
