I filled a prescription at Clicks. Because there was a long queue I elected to rather simply pay at the till thinking that I would be able to save time by simply claiming afterwards. What a mistake. Even though all the codes which Discovery require are on the prescription which accompanied the invoice this is not good enough. They have to be on the invoice themselves. On Discovery's instructions I returned to Clicks. Naturally Clicks cannot provide me with another invoice but they did provide me with a quotation with all the correct information, all of which was submitted. Naturally Discovery ignored it. After I chased up they then investigated but still cannot process the claim for every reason under the sun depending on who you talk to. Please don't expect anyone to come back, they don't bother, don't demand answers whilst on the phone you are simply cut off. Don't think that it may be possible to speak to someone and then follow up with that person because that person doesn't exist after putting the phone down from you. Believe it or not I even received an sms stating "Dear Member The claim you sent to Discovery Health is unclear. Please check for legibility and email
