Discovery Logging a Default against my name

My Medical Aid was changed to another Plan, without letting me know that the money on savings account was to be paid, i was put on ITC. How can Discovery put you on ITC if you are still with Discovey and no one has let you know??? Yes the call centre said that they made calls to my cell number... but i cant smell if someone has phoned me unless they leave a message for me to phone them back!!! You need to notify a person that there is money outstanding!!! aND IF YOU POST THE LETTERS MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON DO RECEIVE THE LETTERS!!! If someone from Discovery tell you that they will phone you back... excpect not to get a call. And after you phone them to speak to a manager you are being passed from one person to another. I am taking this matter to an attorney!!
