Bad Business Ethics

On the 5th August I received a lawyers letter from Esterhuyze Prokureurs/Attorneys for an out standing amount R 489.06 not knowing what this was for I decided to call them only to find out it was for loan discovery SA I was so confused as I had no responses or heard from then since my initial enquiry since March 2012 I decided to call Loan Discovery SA on 0860 021 022 it took me several attempts and eventually I managed to get through and spoke to a lady called Leah this person should not be answering the telephone she was rude with no telephone etiquette and did not allow to ask questions. All she could tell me that I made an application in March 2012 and they still have not received payment hence why the account was handed over to their legal department when I enquired as to why there was no communication in all this time to inform me there was an outstanding amount all she could tell me there was a few phone call attempts and I must just pay. Their legal team managed to get hold of me and I immediately responded I'm still awaiting a response from Loan Discovery SA they have not provided any service to me and yet they expect payment and i can expect another bill for 2013
