Once again Nedbank succeeded in making me a very unhappy customer.. so much for "customer service". I made a payment arrangement with their credit card complaints division in October 2013 just to be told that arrangement was never made. They make as if i'm the. They say their calls are recorded so why not listen to the calls to resolve this. I cannot see how they can force a person to pay a certain amount if you cannot afford it. I have tried so many times to get help with them but clearly they do not care about their client's. This is one of the reasons why I requested to have the arrangement in writing and liaise in writing as well as they turn around and change the story every time and guess what, they refused to do it in writing. The arrangement I made with the complaints agent I spoke to was for the amounts which I paid. I need feedback on this urgently and in writing.
