The worst service ever received

I contacted Dicovery on 03/09/2013 and spoke to Josslyn who assisted me with process of changing my banking details for claims and to submit a claim. I completed the forms and emailed them on 04/09/2013 ref 2990265251. I received and sms the same day and needed to submit a copy of my id. All docs were resent on 05/09/2013 ref 2990873681. I spoke to a consultant on the 09/09/2013 who advised that someone will contact me regarding this matter. I found myself having to call again this morning and spoke to Lwazi who couldnt find my docs after giving him all the reference numbers, then couldn't open the attachments. I requested to call me back as i was on the call quiet a while and he was not able to assist me or answer all my questions. I then called back again and spoke to Jessy and he to was not very helpful and eventually he confirmed the query was escalated just before 11h00 today and i should now wait another 48 hours before it will be updated. I advised him that your 3 working days has lapsed with no feedback. I requested to speak to a manager and after being kept on hold for about 30mins was advised sorry madam you need to call back to speak to a manager.
