I have been calling since last week Thursday to have my banking details for a claim Discovery has to pay out to me. The service has been extremely bad! I have spend so much air time calling in, but then I have to wait for a consultant, then put on hold, given inconsistent and inaccurate information and then finally transferred back and forth. I spoke to various agents, can't recall their names, but last I spoke to Candice (a senior consultant) who places me under the impression that she was going to assist me immediately. I informed her about my experience, then forwarded the docs to her manager as per her request. I haven't heard anything since. I called in again, spoke to a helpful Zama who requested that I resend the docs and adviced that an agent would attend to my query. I did as requested and was informed that an agent would get back to me within THREE DAYS! The first agent initially told me that my claim would be paid on the 17/12/2013, but I'm still making calls. I am very unhappy with the incompetence of the staff, they misled me, wasted my time and money. Sad thing is I am pulling at the short end of the stick because I will have to phone in and follow up again! Disgusted
