Bad Service - Misleading Agents

Good day,

On 2/03/2013 my car was. I started the claim process on 4/03/2013 with Lee-Ann Clark. In the same week I met with the assesor & provided everything that was required of me. I heard nothing by 20/03/2013 so I called into the claims centre and spoke to another agent at about 14:30. He advised that the claim was "finalised" but payment to the bank had not been made. He said he would speak to his manager and call me back later that day which never happened so at 16:55 I called back & spoke to another agent who advised the same as the agent earlier but this time asked me to hold on while she spoke to her manager. She came back on the line & told me she was processing payment to the bank.

THIS NEVER HAPPENED.
Today my bank account is debited by Outsurance for a vehicle I no longer possess. I called Lee-Ann this morning who advised that settlement had not been made as Outsurance Salvage dept. was waiting on a document from the bank. So in otherwords, the agent I spoke to on Wednesday just before 17:00 to me? She advised she would speak to client services and get back to me but never did. I sent 2 emails with no response. THIS IS JUST PATHETIC SERVICE!
