Settlement letter request Fail

I had contacted Woolworths Financial Services on 21/10/2013 @about 10:30 am, I requested a settlement letters for my loan and store card, Samuel advised me that I should allow 24hrs for the letter to be sent through to my email address and even confirmed my email address. Seeing that there had been no letter received today 22/10/2013 @ about 15:00 I called WFS again to find out the progress. I then spoke to Many who advised me that the letter takes 2-4 working days and she cant go to the department dealing with my request as she has clients. I requested to then speak to a manager and immediately she advised there are not managers available (how convenient), she further advised that there's nothing that can be done and more than that I must email complaints I cannot be assisted. I then said I will wait for the manager, she just said ok then and put me on hold for almost half an hour then I dropped the call. Please assist urgently
