Not settling claims

My wife is employed by Netcare and is on the Netcare medical Scheme. We recently attended to a doctors appointment and submitted the claim on 27-01-2013. On 08-02-2013 we followed up on the progress of the claim, and we were advised that it was not received. We re-submitted on 10-02-2013. On 13-02-2013 we followed up again, and we were told that we required additional documentation. These were submitted with an additional claim on 14-02-2013. We have now spoken to 4 different people, and all have different requests as to which documents to submit. On 18-03-2013 we followed up again, we were again requested to submit the entire claim with MORE documents!!
My wife followed up this morning, 27-03-2013, spoke to Lauren. She advised that she would print out the claim and hand it to her manager. If we haven't received payment in 7-14 days, we must call back.
Really??? Why do we have to KEEP FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR WORK???!!!

How many times do we have to submit and call back to find out if YOU are doing your work or not?! This is ridiculous!!

Have this SORTED OUT ASAP!!!
