I contacted African Bank advising them on done using my details. I was told that I needed to log a query, asked to fax a certified copy of my ID, an affidivit and 6 signatures which I did and confirmed receipt of fax.
I was then advised that I will receive feedback a month later (05.04.2013). I contacted the call centre on 15.04.2013 requesting feedback and was advised there was no feedback yet even though it shows on the system that I should have received it already. Thomas advised that he will forward my request to their Forensic Department and said that I could also speak to them. Unfortunately could not do so as it was past their operating hours.
I contacted the Forensic Department this morning and spoke to James Masuku who was very unprofessional, he yawned and even laughed at me at some point. He tells me that my query has been closed, a copy of my ID was not received! I told him that I received confirmation that my documents were received and why was I not contacted if some were missing and he could not give me a reasonable answer. I cannot wait another 4 - 6 weeks for this to be resolved! I need this attended to and resolved ASAP!!!
