SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE

I am livid! I have submitted my claim documentation for the first time on 13/12/2013 and was given a reference number. Several weeks later, i re-submitted my claim docs and was given another reference number. In total, i submitted my claim documentation 6 times with absolutely no joy from the pathetic Discovery Health! A guy by the name of Revsh and his supervisor called confirm they had received my claim and could see that it was never attended to. They also advised that i needed to complete another form, of which i did immediately and sent through. Both Revash and his supervisor advised that i would get a call back which was never done! By 22/02/2013, i had submitted my claim 6 times with yet again no response. I then received a call from the executive office and spoke to a lady names Saigree who asked me to mail my documentation to her and that she will call me back immediately - this was never done. Thereafter i spoke to Sean who asked me to do the same, and yet again nothing was done. On the 27/02/2013, Sean mailed to say that the claim was approved and they money will be transferred within 3-5 working days. THIS WAS NEVER DONE! NOTHING EVER GETS DONE AND I AM FURIOUS!
