Cannot pay claims to the correct party!!

Medihelp is once again the most useless medical aid under the sun. We have sent through numerous claims that had to be refunded to us as we have paid the doctors up front, and what does the incompetent people in their claims department do, they refund the supplier!!! When I phoned them to ask to reverse the payments they made to the doctors and refund us as we urgently need that money, they just say sorry we will need to escalate the request! They don't care about their members at all, it is just money they want!

This is my second complaint about this medical aid in 10 months.. We pay thousands to them every year the they cannot even refund claims in full!!!
