Replay 1/07/2013 to recieve complaint with mail ref no: 639376100 Member ref: 2910594410

2) Send email 3/07/2013 to find out what is the problem for ignoring the querie. Once again they notify of recieving the querie with mail ref no: 640695181 Member ref no: 2911402420 with an application form of consent.

3) Send consent form back on 10/07/2013 at 07:12 to get an answer on the querie to recieve once again notification of mail recieved mail ref no: 644442814 Member ref no: 2924784849

4) Send again a query request on 11/07/2013 to get results without any response back except mail ref no: 644965835 member ref no: 2927051506

Up till now nobody did contact me regarding the querie. My parents went to the pharmacy to collect their medication upon where they were told that the funds are depleted and it was only the second or third time to collect the medication. Since I tried to get an answer they ignore my emails. I am completely frustrated and I am turning to you.
