Lacklisted because doctors claims not paid

What's the point of having medical aid if my claims will not be paid. I hardly use this useless medical aid for I know that I will be harassed by doctors not paying. Remedi administered by discovery is the worst medical aid ever, no empathy, no connection with their clients because what matters is money. Been calling call enter to find out why my claims where not paid and solution is pay from your pocket then we will re imburse you, why have medical aid if that's the case? And even if im on a standard option my claims should be paid but paid according to scheme rates. The ombudsman should interevene in such because medical aids no longer care about our health but are more concerned in making money. This is ridiculous or rather disgusting.been logging reports queries, with no feedback its so sad that im now on itc because of claim worth R900 that wad not paid yet my premium is R1400 everymonth. My claims ratio vs premium ratio is so small but do they even consider such. Its so sad what south Africa has become. Customer service and service delivery remains an issue especially at discovery/ remedi
