Medihelp do not respond to emails. I have an ongoing problem with their claims department regarding my accounts. I am registered under oncology and all my accounts have the correct ICD 10 code. I have nothing left in my "day to day" benefits but most of the time my oncology claims are returned "limit exceeded" "No funds available"
One agent actually told me that the account I get from the provider is different to the one Medihelp receive. What utter nonsense.
It has been a few months now that I have not had a response from my emails.
Call centre agents also give out incorrect email addresses for claims.
Enough is enough. It is now 2014 and I am concerned that these claims will be taken out of my day to day benefits.
I have noted that Lancet have not been paid for an authorised procedure - I was given a reference number and told to give it to the accounts department. Still not paid.
