2 month old claims not yet paid and refunded

My doctor has submitted a 2nd claim about a month ago, but the first claim from about 2 months ago has not yet been paid. I also submitted a refund to be done for a payment I made, which I was promised would be done when I called about 3 weeks ago. It was confirmed the claim was with the payments department already. 3 weeks later, the refund still hasn't been processed. I spoke to Belinda last week, who assured me she will get her manager, Yolandi to address the issue as well as sort out the payments the same day. I even emailed the old claims to her for her manager to sort out. Still nothing has been done. This level of service is unacceptable! Not only do I become liable for those bills not yet paid by the medical aid to the doctor, but I am paying for a medical aid who won't pay claims because they have incompetent staff and managers who don't know how to prioritise workload. Apparently being understaffed is an excuse for no service delivery! I am most annoyed as contributions are taken timeously each month, but claims must be followed up 2 months later to be paid or refunded.
