Medical Aid claims to have paid accounts but dont

I joined Medihelp in 2012, when my son had to go for an operation they informed me that he cannot go as I did not report that he went for the same operation almost 4 years ago (which was my fault for not reporting) They suspended my membership and informed me that they will refund me all my premiums back, EXCLUDING what we have already used on the medical aid for doctor visits etc. They deducted the money and sent me a breakdown and paid out my money. After almost a year i have received an letter of demand from Dr Nisbet, Govender & Associates because the money that Medihelp deducted from me was NEVER paid over to them as per their statement. i have phoned on many accounts but still they have not paid the money and I have now been handed over. In my eyes they then have the money that they have deducted to 'pay' the outstanding account for what we have used already. They make promises and say that this matter is now sorted out but yet a year later and it is still not sorted out!!!
