Magelevendze Guest House
I was overcharged by nearly R 2 000

I stayed at Magelevendze Guest House for 5 night in July 2013. When I made the booking I payed half the amount due to the booking agent. On checking in at the guesthouse I was made to pay the full amount, the owner claiming that the booking agent have not payed him yet. After complaining to the booking agent the owner admitted that he made a mistake and promised to refund me the amount that I was overcharged. One month later and I am still waiting for my money.
