Brain donor urgently required for call centre

In Feb of this year I signed and returned acceptance to have two dependants added to my policy. I now find it wasn't done at all. I've been trying all day to get confirmation that it's been done and all the in the call centre can do is verify my name and addy and phone number to ensure i receive more and more spam every time. 10 minutes holding for a rude call centre agent who just doesn't get the point that i want a confirmation in writing that the documents have been received this time.

Momentum has lost the plot on WHO THE CUSTOMER IS... You're not doing me a huge favour by taking my money you. You're actually benefiting from my business. Either remember who the customer is and do as I ask or get bent and I'll find a medical aid that can remember who the customer is.

Probably the most appalling service from any medical aid out there. Avoid them at all costs
