Awaiting my bills to be paid

I am utterly disgusted at the service from momentum! On the 23rd i called their call centre to inform them that i would be going to the hospital as i had bad stomach pain - the agent informed me that if i were to be admitted i would be covered however when i was released on the 24th the hospital called me to inform that my medical aid was requesting documents to ensure that i had no pre-existing conditions first. I mean really i got booked for gastro how could this be pre-existing and why were these checks not done before signing me up and taking my money. after 2 months i have gotten calls from the hospital holding me responsible as my medical aid has made no communication with them. When i called them they did not even care that they have done nothing in two months and then asked me to submit a medical history for a year from my GP - i done this on the 10th thinking that this nightmare would be done however i have now gotten correspondence saying they are still not happy and need a police document stating that i have only been to my GP twice in that year. How is this reasonable why was all of this not done before!
