Bad call centre attitude not paying health provide

I had a problem in February this year with my health. I went to a clinic for treatment and then to another for tests and further treatment. The medical aid had not paid for most of the treatment.
I was told through all my calls to the call centre this is dependant on my daily funds available.

My account gets debited religiously R4000.00 a month!
For what service?
If you do not pay for the treatment why do u call it "medical aid"?
This afternoon I spoke to a lady at your call centre and she advised me that my medical aid is about the same as a hospital plan?
Are your staff trained at the call centre?
Why don't you guys allow the claims to be processed?
I am now hounded by the clinics and the service providers for payment!
