I contacted Momentum 25 October 2013 to join Momentum Health (myself, my husband and our 2 children).
I gave all my details etc and the person promised me that our membership will be activated the same day or the following Monday. I never received a call on that day or the Monday. Tuesday 29 October I contacted them again to hear what is going on and when will our membership be activated. They then said they want full names and previous medical aid number, which I then emailed them. After a few days still no call/feedback from Momentum.
Between myself and my husband up until today we contacted them about 10 times already and several emails.
We have signed and sent all documents required. Till today 03 December 2013 we are not members yet!!
I honestly don't know anymore, clearly they are not looking for business and they don't take customer service serious. This is now the second month without medical aid and if anything happens to us we will have to go to a government hospital, which is very scary for me. Just because Momentum does not value their customers at all.
In the meantime we have asked a consultant to deal with Momentum, but still nothing.
