What a mistake we made switching to MOMENTUM HEALTH a couple of years ago.
EVERYTHING is shockingly bad. OK here it goes:
1. Hard to understand medical aid system
2. Call Centre is the worst call centre I've ever experienced.
3. Momentum blames Multiply and vise versa.
4. Claims processed on our account of unknown people.
5. I can go on forever
After months of struggling, we gave up. We switched back to Discovery.
Now, we are waiting for the money in our Health savings account to be paid back to us.
We cancelled in December 2012, they said the money would take 3 months to be paid which is understandable due to possible outstanding claims etc. Numerous calls to the call centre about when we can receive our money and everytime we get a different answer. 1 March, then 15 March, then 1 April, then 15 April. Today they said 15 May. All I want to do is get Momentum Health out of my life, but they keep postponing it.

RATHER GO WITHOUT MEDICAL AID THAN FALL FOR THEIR LOWER COST MEDICAL SCHEMES. THEY WILL CAUSE YOU HEADACHES AND HEART ATTACKS (AND YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER FOR YOUR CLAIM.)

SERIOUSLY MOMENTUM HEALTH, RATHER START A CIRCUS, YOU ALREADY HAVE ALL THE CLOWNS
